before buying anything from us. You hereby agree that your use of this
site is at your own risk. You also agree that the laws of the United
Kingdom, without regard to principles or conflict of laws, will govern these
Conditions, and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and
r2dtoys.com Ltd.
All items included on the website are only available while stocks last.
Product Description & Representation
Most products
are in c9 condition, this is simply our estimated 'mark out of 10'. We
describe most items as MINT or NEAR MINT, in which case you can expect C9
condition products. Items that are non-mint will clearly state this within
the item description. r2dtoys.com Ltd tries to be as accurate as is reasonably
possible in describing and representing its products to you both on our
website and in-store. However, we cannot always guarantee that product
descriptions, prices, photographs or other content is totally accurate,
complete, reliable, current, or error-free. r2dtoys.com Ltd is not responsible
for typographical errors, supplier/manufacturer delays in delivery or
changes to products. All product descriptions, case assortments, variations,
prices and shipping dates are subject to change and availability without
notice. We reserve the right to restrict the quantity of items sold. We
reserve the right to refuse any sale. If a product sold directly by
r2dtoys.com Ltd is not as described, you should return it in unused condition
within 7 working days (please read our returns
procedure
below). It must, where possible, still remain inside its factory sealed
packaging. r2dtoys.com Ltd sells products to adults aged over 18 years only when
ordering though our website. If you are under 18, you may use our website
only under the supervision of a parent or guardian. r2dtoys.com Ltd reserves the
right to refuse service, terminate purchases, remove or edit content, or
cancel orders in their sole discretion at any given time.
Pricing
We try to ensure
that all prices shown on our web site are accurate. All prices are displayed
in £ Pound (however we do display a guide value in other currencies of our
choice). Sometimes products/prices are displayed incorrectly. Where a
product's correct price is lower than the displayed price, we will charge
the correct price at the time of invoicing. Where a product's correct price
is higher than the displayed price we will inform you of the correct price
and give you the opportunity to proceed with the order at the correct price,
or cancel the order. When an item is displayed as SPECIAL,
the item had been on sale at its higher regular price for 28 days or more. Please note that prices may change without notice.
Payment

you can make purchases using the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Delta, and JCB. Other
methods of payment include cheque, money order, postal order, draft,
cashiers check, wire transfer, cash and PayPal. We will take payment for
your order at the time we are ready to dispatch it to you. We reserve the
right to charge 1/3rd of goods total as a deposit (non-refundable) for any and all
pre-orders.
If we have charged a deposit for any item or pre-order, and it fails to come
into stock, then a full unconditional refund will be given. We
guarantee that we will not charge your card for regular sales/services until
we are ready to ship your order. All payments are to be made in £ pounds
sterling unless instructed otherwise.
Pre-Orders
Any item/s you pre-order from us are subject to your being charged 1/3rd of
goods total (not to include shipping) at the time you place the order
regardless of the due, or actual, arrival date of the item/s. The goods'
balance, plus shipping fee/s, are charged at the time we ship the order. You
may cancel a pre-order within 7 days of placing it without penalty. If you
cancel a pre-order after 7 days we reserve the right to charge you 15% of
total goods value as an administration fee. You agree to these terms and
conditions by adding items to your cart and completing your checkout process
online, or by your telephone order. If an item that is offered for pre-order
never arrives into stock, you will be fully reimbursed.
Currency

Ltd
charges all products and services in £ pounds sterling. We display other
currencies as a guide only. We accept no responsibility whatsoever as to the
accuracy of the variable guide currencies displayed. It is the
responsibility of the buyer to check their true and correct local exchange
rates, compared to our published prices in £ pound, before placing an
order. All orders placed by users from outside the UK will be charged by
their card issuer in their local home currency, but will be structured/based
on their own internal exchange rates converted from £ pounds sterling.
r2dtoys.com Ltd is not responsible for any charges imposed by the card issuer
nor for any discrepancies in exchange rates.
Shipping
Any order
received by r2dtoys.com Ltd is processed the following business day and our aim
is to then dispatch it that same day. We reserve the right to change this
policy without notice and offer no guarantee that we can accomplish this aim
every day. UK mainland customers can expect their order to be delivered
within 2 working days of dispatch. European customers can expect their
delivery within 3-5 working days of dispatch. Customers in other parts
of the World can expect their order within 7-10 working days of dispatch.
r2dtoys.com Ltd does not offer any guaranteed timeframe for delivery (but offer
the customer an opportunity to cancel their order if no delivery is made
within 30 days (90 days outside the UK) of order date and receive a full
refund), these are guide times only. Most orders will require a
signature at the time of delivery as proof of receipt. Any changes to our
shipping policies will be duly documented herein. Any damages to
products as a direct result of mis-handling by the carrier is not the
responsibility of r2dtoys.com Ltd though we do ensure that basic levels of
insurance are offered to you at £25 - £100 per package (depending on the
service we use). In the event of damage or loss, r2dtoys.com Ltd will endeavor
to recover any such funds due to the customer as a result, from its carrier
on the customer's behalf.
Customs & Duty

Ltd
accepts no responsibility for any duty or taxes that are deemed payable at
the time of delivery to you. You assume and accept full responsibility for
complying with, and adhering to, your local rules and import legislation. If
your order has been inspected by customs or any other security personnel,
having already left our premises, we accept no responsibility to replace or
exchange it under any circumstances. Any product that has its original seal
broken by any persons other than r2dtoys.com Ltd staff, is the responsibility of
the buyer and any risk or losses involved lies solely with the buyer.
Any items returned to r2dtoys.com Ltd as a result of an inspection and
subsequent failed delivery, will be returned to us at the expense of the
buyer. If the buyer requests re-shipping of the order then additional
shipping charges will be applied beforehand. We will only re-ship the very
same item that was returned to us.
Refunds,
Returns & Exchanges
All
purchases and pre-orders are final, however you are able to request a refund
or to cancel an order up to 7 days after your order is delivered. If you
want to cancel your order or obtain a refund, the goods must be returned and
received by r2dtoys.com Ltd in the same condition as they arrived with you. If
the item/s arrive at r2dtoys.com Ltd in sub-standard or non-saleable condition a
refund will not be offered (unless the cause of the non-saleable condition
was as a result of mis-handling by our carriers). Generally, refunds may
only be issued if items arrive damaged, if the wrong item/s are shipped, or
if the pre-ordered item fails to arrive from the supplier/manufacturer. All
refunds will be made within 30 days or less. We also offer the facility to
return unsuitable items (please see below). Damaged or incorrect merchandise
must be returned and postmarked back to r2dtoys.com Ltd within
10 working days of the delivery date. Transit damage claims must be notified
by email or in writing within 3 days of its arrival to you. If you are
making a return, it must be adequately insured and you must obtain proof of
mailing. You must always email
us before returning any item. r2dtoys.com Ltd reserves the right to refuse
returns if there is any doubt in the validity of any claim. Exchanges are
offered at the discretion of r2dtoys.com Ltd and are subject to scrutiny. Exchanges
will only be offered for the same or a similar item. If the original
item arrives to you in sub-standard condition due to a packaging flaw, and
not transit damage, it may be exchanged. All returns are dealt with in
accordance with our returns procedure:
Unwanted or unsuitable items
If you are unhappy with the product you
purchased (ie, if it is unwanted) you may return it within 10 working days
of the date you received it for a refund (we will not refund shipping
charges) - we will charge a 15% re-stocking fee. Any refund due will be
expedited within 30 days. All products must be returned in their original
sealed packaging in re-saleable condition (ie, C9 see above). You are responsible for the cost of
returning unwanted items to us. You should use a registered/recorded
delivery service to guarantee its safe arrival.
Damage Claims
Never accept or sign-for a package that has
visibly suffered damaged. If the damage is only apparent after opening the
package please contact us as soon as possible. All items purchased from
r2dtoys.com Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the
title for such items and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the
carrier. All orders are insured at a basic level of £25-£100 per package.
r2dtoys.com Ltd will endeavor to recover on your behalf, any monies due from our
carrier in the event of transit damage. For your peace of mind
we offer additional insurance cover at a premium. We obtain proof of mailing
for every order. r2dtoys.com Ltd takes pride in its excellent packaging skills
and expects less than 0.2% of orders to sustain transit damage.
How to Return a Product
Within the time-scales allowed please send an email
to us with your invoice number, a description of the item/s you wish to
return, and a brief explanation. You may also call our customer services

may add your name to our mailing list on our main shopping page or after
checkout, and you may remove yourself from the list by asking us to remove
you or by clicking the link displayed in any email you receive from our
mailshot server. We will never forward your details to another party.
