Shipping Details

The Automatic Shipping Calculator on this website displays the shipping fee of your stock order no matter where you are based ! This means your shipping cost is automatically listed for all World zones on the checkout page. Simply add items to your cart, hit CHECKOUT, and shipping costs are clearly listed for you to see.

We use Royal Mail for shipping orders up to 2kg in weight anywhere in the World. Orders in excess of 2kg are shipped by various carriers according to your global location. We can offer specific carriers at your discretion and cost.  We cannot guarantee any delivery date or time.

Pre-orders are shipped when the physical product arrives into stock.  A separate shipping charge will apply at our standard rate if you ordered other in-stock items at the same time (capped to £6 in the UK Mainland).

We usually ship your orders within 24 business hours of receiving your fully paid order. If orders are unpaid you will get an email advising of this.  We cannot ship on public holidays or weekends. 

In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to your not being able to receive it, or due to an error of your own making, any shipping charges incurred for its return to us and/or re-shipment onto you will be at your cost.
