Yes, indeed you can !
We are a global company and take pride in our ability to deliver to ANY
country in the World (except Mexico and high risk areas). We already have hundreds of
customers in the USA, Canada, Japan and Europe.
Shipping within the UK
mainland will cost you from £1 - £6 depending on your order and will be
calculated by the website once you have proceeded to checkout.
Overseas orders are calculated in the same way and start from as little
as £2.
We prepare orders for
shipping 24 business hours after they are received. From that point in time,
UK orders take an average of 1-3 working days to arrive and foreign orders
can take up to 10 days, although it is impossible for us to guarantee
delivery times. Please read our shipping
page for thorough information.
We accept most credit and
debit cards including: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch, Delta
& Solo. Electron cards cannot be used. We also
accept PayPal,
cheques, postal orders, Money Orders (in Sterling currency), cash, draft,
wire, and western union. We do not accept personal checks from outside the
UK. If you have another question, please email us.

Pound Sterling. We display other currencies for guide purposes only.

6.
Can my order be
tracked after it has been shipped ?
At the
moment not all packages are tracked. However we do obtain proof of
collection and a signed receipt for every package that leaves our
warehouse. Higher value items are always sent with a Signature Required'
courier and as such does have a tracking number.

do I pre-order from r2dtoys ?

means you save 10% on regular retail price (rrp). Also with any pre-order,
we will charge you 1/3 of the total price (not including shipping) to secure
your order.

Do
you offer insurance in case my order becomes lost or damaged ?
Our standard terms
are very simple. If your order does not arrive, and we have proof from the
shipping company that we mailed it, we will mail you a replacement (if in
stock), or a similar item that is mutually agreed, or discuss store credit or
refund with you. In that rare situation, we would make a claim from the shipper
and you would be obliged to sign a legal declaration of non-receipt.

I order items that are not on the website ?
Yes, simply call us
with your request and if we have it in stock we will ship it to you, if we do
not have it in stock we will source it for you and ship asap.
